Lakeway Presbyterian children’s ministry
At Lakeway Presbyterian we believe that children are an irreplaceable part of the Church, and we celebrate their voices joining in worship with us. As we read from Matthew 19:14,
“But Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.'"
We anticipate that God is at work in the lives of the children of Lakeway Presbyterian. Our prayer is that they will grow in love for Christ and his church. Ephesians 3:17-18 says,
“Then Christ will live in your hearts because you believe in him. And I pray that your love will have deep roots. I pray that it will have a strong foundation. May you have power together with all the Lord’s holy people to understand Christ’s love. May you know how wide and long and high and deep it is.”
Your children are always welcome with you in the service; you also have the option to check them into the nursery at anytime.
We provide a nursery childcare for ages 0-3 years.
Children ages 3-2nd grade will have the opportunity to leave during the service for children’s church. They will have a bible lesson, scripture memory, games and snack. They will return to worship with their families for communion.

VBS WILDERNESS CAMP
July 7-July 11
Come develop your love for our wonderful Creator as we study His amazing creation. Each day, kids ages 4-12 will learn a different wilderness survival skill, memorize Scripture, sing songs, play games, do crafts, and learn to identify plants and animals in our area. The camp will be Monday-Thursday 9:00am - 12:00pm each day. Friday evening from 5:00pm-7:00pm we are inviting whole families to come out and enjoy a free cookout with our church family!
